Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to the Customer and the Authorised User. Spoke has the right to unilaterally change these Terms, provided that it will inform the Customer and the Authorised User in accordance with the applicable requirements under Dutch law.
Data Processing
AGENCY / ARTIST / CLIENT, being the natural or legal person who registers for the use of the SPOKE software and, in doing so, accepts this Data Processing Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions (by ticking a check box or otherwise providing electronic consent), hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
